Third-Party Technical Resources (Always Active)
They do not set profiling cookies and do not require consent: they are software libraries and graphic resources needed for the page to work, delivered via third-party content delivery networks (CDN). Loading them still transmits your IP address to the provider.

3 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services
The site integrates an AI voice/text assistant to support the Customer. This widget is provided by third parties (e.g. Vapi) and is loaded on the page exclusively AFTER providing consent to tracking.
By activating non-essential cookies, you consent to the activation of the AI interface, which could set its own session cookies to keep the conversation open during navigation.
4 Consent Management and Revocation
You can modify or revoke your consent at any time. Since we use a native preventive blocking system, you just need to click on the button below to reset your preferences. The page will be reloaded, blocking all non-essential scripts again.
By deleting the 'sentorette_cookie_consent' cookie, the banner will reappear at the next load.
