What is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on order volume and destination country. Working with large B2B volumes, we apply favorable rates provided by our logistics partners.
Do you manage shipments from multiple locations?
Yes. If you are a car wash chain or dealership with multiple locations, we can program split-shipping directly from our facility to your various branches. Contact your account manager to arrange the distributive logistics.
What happens if the goods arrive damaged?
Our packaging is extremely robust. However, in case of visible damage to the neck during delivery, we invite you to sign the courier's POD 'With Reservation'. Contact our support immediately by attaching photos, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
